How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it to follow your package in real time.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 6–14 days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

My tracking says "in transit" — is that normal?


Totally normal. Packages sometimes sit in transit for a few days before the next update. If it's been over 10 business days with no movement, reach out to us.

My tracking link isn't working. Help?

It can take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to go live. If it's still not updating after that, contact us and we'll look into it.

My order says "delivered" but I didn't receive it.

Check with neighbors and around your property first. If it's truly missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?



If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update it — contact us ASAP at support@voluna.co

Once it's shipped, we can't make changes.
